Zoi and Mind Clinics-Home and Clinic-based cases: Indio, Thermal, Coachella, Palm Desert and surrounding cities
Position type: Full-time-Hourly
Hourly pay: $32.00-40.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with BCBAs in conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on data and client needs.
- Implement and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions, including ABA therapy techniques.
- Provide supervision to cases, ensuring that interventions are delivered with consistency and fidelity.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring the highest standards of practice and professional development.
- Monitor client progress, collect data, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and maximize client success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field, preferably with children and/or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership and support to behavior technicians and other staff.
- Bilingual-Spanish
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with various behavior intervention tools and software.
- Supervision experience with Behavior Technicians or RBTs.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
