Position Summary:
The ICT Test Engineer serves as a key technical leader responsible for supporting production operations by ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of ICT systems and test processes. This role will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to troubleshoot issues, improve test coverage, and sustain high product quality.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day production support for ICT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.

Troubleshoot and debug test failures at board and system level.

Analyze test yield data and drive corrective actions to improve first-pass yield (FPY).

Maintain and optimize ICT test programs, hardware, and fixtures.

Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing and validating ICT test solutions.

Collaborate with design engineering to improve testability (DFT) and fault coverage.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Ensure proper documentation of test procedures, changes, and troubleshooting guides.

Train production technicians and operators on ICT processes and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of experience in ICT test engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency with ICT platforms such as Keysight 3070, Teradyne TestStation, or equivalent systems.

Demonstrates participative management in problem solving.

Ability to analyze test data and drive root-cause/failure analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Electronic circuit design and circuit debugging.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience; Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus.

Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-2221).

Prior engineering experience in automotive / manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills. Ability to manage projects in a team environment.

Possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams.
