Systems West Engineers is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager to join our consulting engineering firm. An interview for this position requires candidates to have previous experience in mechanical building systems design and be a registered professional engineer (PE required).

Minimum Qualifications to be considered:
- Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) registration
- Proven project management experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in MEP design projects.
- Proven knowledge across various mechanical building systems and building types.
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring team members.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position. Competitive salary starting at $120,000, DOE. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K retirement plan with employer contributions and company performance bonus.
Position Location
We have one position available in Springfield, Oregon (HQ) and one position open in our growing West Linn, OR office. The candidate will be expected to reside within a reasonable local location to accommodate consistent in-office participation. Additionally, flexible hybrid schedules are commonplace and accommodated for most positions. At Systems West, hybrid means you live locally and have the option to work from home.
