Debt Settlement Closer — Remote (Experienced Only)

About the Role
ChangeFN is expanding its enrollment floor and hiring closers who already know this business cold. This is not an entry-level seat. You'll take pre-qualified, transferred calls from consumers actively seeking debt relief, walk them through their options, and close enrollments. Warm transfers, real volume, and a comp structure that rewards performers.
You Must Have
- Proven closing experience in debt settlement / debt resolution (or directly adjacent: debt consolidation, credit repair, financial hardship programs)
- A documented track record of hitting or beating enrollment/sales targets
- Demonstrated success working remotely — self-managed, reliable, and productive without someone standing over your shoulder
- Strong tech skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly — comfortable jumping between dialers, CRMs, and software tools without a lot of hand-holding
- Comfort on a dialer and CRM environment (ViciDial experience a plus)
- A quiet, dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet and a working headset
