Ridg-U-Rak is currently seeking a Roll Form Trainee for 2nd shift, 4x10 schedule Monday -Thursday. Ridg-U-Rak is one of the largest pallet rack and storage rack manufacturers in North America, located in North East, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Supports roll forming operation line with setups and production runs.
- Change rolls, shims and components as needed.
- Use blueprints and spec cards to make sure parts are made to size.
- Work with tools like micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
- Handle routine maintenance of equipment.
- Replace and adjust punch and cut-off dies as needed.
- Complete daily production paperwork.
- Keep your work area clean, organized and safe.
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Other duties as required.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Basic Shop Math
- Detail-Orientated
