Let's Tea is a growing bubble tea shop in Downtown Baltimore, and we're looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated team members to join our team!
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learns quickly, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in providing great customer service. Bubble tea experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
What You'll Do
- Prepare bubble tea and specialty drinks according to recipes
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Restock ingredients and supplies
- Work efficiently with teammates during busy hours
- Help with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and memorize drink recipes
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Previous food service or barista experience is a plus, but not required
