Who we’re looking for:
Optical sales experience (fitting and sales) is a must!
Trainable, open to critique for improvement, eager to learn and grow within the brand
Friendly personality with strong people skills
A natural seller who can confidently convert walk-ins into customers
Detail-oriented and capable of running day-to-day store operations
Capable to multitask with multiple clients and duties required to maintain easy flow in the shop
ABO Certified is a plus! Optical fitting and sales experience is a must!
Salary
Part-Time Opportunity with a potential for Full Time
$21–$25/ hour (based on experience) + commission
Strong knowledge in Optical fitting and sales required
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with frame styling and lens recommendations
Drive sales and deliver a high-conversion retail experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Handle basic optical tasks (take measurements, do adjustments) and learn in-house processes
Provide an exceptional, personalized customer service
Willing and able to open and close the store following simple guidelines
