Now Hiring / Immediate Opportunities for Full Time:
You will learn the K Brew style of Store Leadership. This position will include training in barista, lead barista, assistant manager, and, finally, general manager roles! Initially, your role will focus on developing your skills within our company. Once you have moved through our training, you will maneuver into the role of General Manager and begin molding your team, culture, and store. You, with the support of directors and an assistant manager, will lead a quickly growing team in preparation for the opening of a new K Brew location.
Pay - Starting pay $20/hour, after training $ 25/hour + monthly bonus.
This is a great career opportunity, in a high-volume cafe environment. We would prefer that you have at least some experience in food service, but it's not required. We hire based on personality and commitment, and ethics first and foremost.
