Lauxmont Farms Weddings is looking for reliable, energetic, and hardworking Event Staff to join our team during wedding and event season!
Our Event Staff help create a seamless experience for our couples and their guests by assisting with event setup, guest needs, venue upkeep, and end-of-event breakdown.
Position Details
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
- Schedule: Part-time, with hours based on our event calendar
- Required Availability:
- Friday daytime availability
- Saturday availability
- Sunday availability
* Event hours will vary depending on the wedding/event schedule and staffing needs.
* Seasonal position, primarily during our May–October event season with some events during the winter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of weddings and events
- Help arrange tables, chairs, décor, and other event items
- Assist with keeping event spaces clean, organized, and presentable
- Help guests and vendors as needed
- Monitor venue areas throughout events
- Assist the Lauxmont Farms coordination team with day-of tasks
- Help with end-of-night cleanup and resetting spaces
- Follow venue procedures and safety guidelines
- Provide friendly, professional service to couples, guests, and vendors

- Willingness to be hands-on and assist wherever needed
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Previous event, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
