Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines
- Support foreman in their daily tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site
- Help with site cleanup and organization to ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace
Requirements
- Must have prior construction experience.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.49 - $29.49 per hour
