Responsibilities
- Welcome and care for patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and daily clinic flow
- Support communication through phone, text, email, and social media
- Assist with patient follow-up, memberships, skincare, and retail support
- Maintain an elevated, organized front office environment
- Support the overall patient experience and clinic operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in aesthetics, medical offices, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
- Social media familiarity is a bonus
