This is part time, can be more depending on your availability and client needs.
Team Members can expect most cleaning appointments to be scheduled Monday through Friday during day time hours, typically between 8am and 5pm
What you will be doing:
- Transforming homes into fresh, reset spaces our clients love walking into
- Following our proven systems (we've made it simple for you to succeed )
- Paying attention to details-the little things matter here
- Treating each home with professionalism, care, and respect
- Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
What we are looking for:
- A strong work ethic-this is hands on, physical work
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift, bend, squat & stay active throughout the day
- Positive attitude and coachability-we can train skills, not mindset
- Someone who takes pride in their work-even when no one is watching
- An eye for detail (yes, we notice the baseboards)
- Someone who enjoys staying busy-this is not a sit-around job
