Steve Slaton Appliance Repair, LLC has proudly served the Katy area since 2010. We're a well-established, family-owned residential appliance repair company serving Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Brookshire, and the surrounding areas. We're looking to add an experienced appliance repair technician to our team.
Expected earnings: $75,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience, productivity, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair major residential appliances in customers' homes, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and ice makers.
- Perform customer-pay (COD) repairs only. We do not work with home warranty companies or insurance providers. Diagnose the problem, get approval, complete the repair, and collect payment.
- This is a full-time W-2 employee position working Monday through Friday. Optional Saturday work is available for additional earning opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of residential appliance repair experience is preferred (less may be considered if you're an exceptional diagnostician with strong troubleshooting skills).
- Comfortable reading service manuals and wiring diagrams while diagnosing and repairing appliances independently.
- Sealed system experience is a plus but is not required.
- Honest, dependable, professional, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
