We’re building a modern hiring platform designed to help internal talent teams hire more efficiently through direct candidate access, collaborative recruiting support, and smarter hiring tools.
We’re looking for an SDR who enjoys relationship-building, business development, and helping companies improve the way they hire.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Lead platform demos and walk clients through how we supports hiring teams
- Manage and grow client relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Partner with leadership on customer growth strategy and feedback
- Help create a strong customer experience from first conversation through onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, business development, or SaaS preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Ability to balance outbound outreach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow an early-stage company
