J&W Mobile Detailing is hiring a Car Detailing Technician to join our team. If you take pride in doing things right, love working with your hands, and want a job where you can actually see the results of your work every single day, this is for you.
No two days look the same — one minute you're bringing a daily driver back to life, the next you're making a weekend project car look showroom-ready. We'll teach you the techniques; you bring the work ethic and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

Wash, clay, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to a high-quality finish.

Deep clean interiors — vacuuming, shampooing, leather conditioning, stain and odor removal.

Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, and paint protection products.

Inspect vehicles before and after service to make sure every detail is dialed in.

Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommend services.

Work as part of a team to keep jobs moving efficiently without cutting corners.
What We're Looking For:

Some experience in auto detailing, car washing, or a similar hands-on role is a plus — but attitude matters more than resume.

A genuine interest in cars and doing quality work.

Reliable, on time, and ready to put in the effort.

Able to stand, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment.

Valid driver's license preferred (you may need to move customer vehicles).

Team player who takes feedback well and wants to keep improving.

18+ years old.
No certification required — we provide paid training and will teach you our process from day one.
