Production Worker
- Location: Ebensburg, PA
- Pay Rate: Starting at $14.93/hr
- Schedule: Day Shift: 8am to 4pm – Monday through Friday (37.5 hour week)

What will you be doing?The Production Worker is responsible for supporting the production process by loading, unloading, handling, and packaging hooks and hangers. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to safely handle materials and racks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Load hooks and hangers onto racks by hanging them directly on the rack or securing them with tie wires.
- Unload finished hooks and hangers from racks after the coating process.
- Carry and move racks by hand to and from the metal coating machine area.
- Assist with the production process by ensuring materials are properly loaded, processed, and moved through each stage of production.
- Inspect finished products for proper appearance and quality.
- Box finished hooks and hangers in a neat, organized, and secure manner.
- Maintain an efficient workflow and meet daily production goals as assigned.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of unnecessary materials and debris.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
What are the Job Requirements?
- High School Diploma Required
- Clearances: Drug Test, Criminal Background Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Position requires standing up to 8+ hours with an assistance of a stool
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely handle racks and production materials.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
