What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, monitoring entry and exit activity, and supporting security-related protocols for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers.

Control access to the facility by checking identification, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining entry records, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities and documenting security-related events in a clear and timely way.

Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, gates, lobbies, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and observe operational or security-related concerns within the industrial environment.

Support daily location operations by communicating with site personnel regarding deliveries, visitor arrivals, restricted areas, and/or special access requests while following post orders and client-directed procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
