DropStars Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. This position is focused primarily on completing residential and light commercial plumbing installations—not running sales calls.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean workmanship, works efficiently, communicates well, and can complete jobs to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete plumbing installation and replacement projects
- Install water, drain, sewer, gas, and fixture systems
- Perform repipes, water heater installations, sewer repairs, and larger plumbing projects
- Read job scopes and confirm required materials before beginning work
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Test completed work for proper operation and leaks
- Document work with photos, notes, and material usage
- Communicate job progress, changes, and concerns with management
- Protect customers’ homes and clean the work area upon completion
- Follow company procedures, plumbing codes, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Previous professional plumbing installation experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and installation methods
- Ability to complete projects with limited supervision
- Experience with copper, PEX, ABS, PVC, gas piping, and plumbing fixtures
- Ability to troubleshoot installation-related issues
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and other confined areas
- Residential and home-service plumbing experience is highly preferred

Pay: $31.31 - $37.71 per hour
