We are seeking a licensed Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join our Sarasota office. This is a small office environment with a tight-knit team, so the position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can operate with minimal supervision and take full ownership of day-to-day operations. In addition to overseeing leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination, this role will also focus on marketing efforts and procuring new business—bringing in new properties for management and rental.
Starting pay $60k plus monthly commission

Lease available properties, including scheduling and conducting showings, following up on leads, and managing prospects through the automated system.

Execute all lease agreements in collaboration with our attorney, including the creation of supplemental terms and conditions.

Conduct property inspections prior to movein and at moveout, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Oversee maintenance operations, including followup on makeready work, coordination with maintenance technicians, and managing pending work orders with the corporate operations staff.

Handle all emergency situations for properties under management, coordinating response and resolution with the operations team.

Operate independently in the Sarasota office while maintaining close communication with the corporate office and following established procedures.

Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new owners and tenants.

Network and build relationships to procure new property management accounts and rental listings.

Monitor marketing efforts for available properties and maintain accurate, uptodate listings.

Utilize and maintain proficiency in property management software, maintenance scheduling systems, and advertising/scheduling platforms.

Schedule and track property showings, ensuring timely followup and communication with prospective tenants.

Travel periodically to the Fort Myers office for meetings, training sessions, and operational coordination.

Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license required.

Minimum of two years’ experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.

Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing multiple priorities.

Proven track record in marketing, networking, and business development.

Strong knowledge of Florida landlordtenant laws and leasing procedures.

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
