Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Powersports Service Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in BMW, Ducati, Triumph, and Can-Am motorcycles and vehicles. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key liaison between customers and our service department—ensuring an exceptional service experience from check-in to pick-up. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Prepare repair estimates and secure customer approvals
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and repair progress
- Recommend additional services or accessories when appropriate
- Handle payments and perform cash or card transactions
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Powersports or Motorcycle Service Advisor preffered
- In-depth knowledge of BMW Motorrad, Ducati, Triumph, and Can-Am products and systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical customers
- Proficient in handling cash and POS transactions
- Experience with Lightspeed EVO or similar dealership management software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
