An established, well performing multi family residential community in the Asheville, NC area is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations. This is an A class community that needs a leader focused on leasing execution, resident experience, and expense discipline.
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Oversee delinquency and collections to keep the community financially healthy
- Manage budget performance across landscaping, concessions, turn costs, and other operating line items
- Lead and coach on site staff, including leasing consultants and maintenance coordination
- Conduct regular unit and curb appeal walkthroughs to maintain marketability standards
- Communicate proactively with the Regional Manager on property performance and any resident or legal matters
- Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policy
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a Property Manager in multi family residential, A class experience preferred
- Strong understanding of leasing, budgeting, and delinquency management
- Hands on leadership style with the ability to train and directly support a leasing team
- Excellent communication and follow through
- Willingness to be fully engaged on site rather than delegating core responsibilities
