Overview
We're looking for a manager for our Gretna location! The ideal candidate would have specialty coffee experience, but we are willing to teach coffee skills to the right person. The manager would manage with day to day operations and ensure that the cafe runs smoothly while also working a few barista shifts.
Responsibilities
- All the normal duties a barista would perform, such as making espresso beverages, taking orders, using the pos systems, doing cleaning tasks, and being a friendly face for our customers.
- Weekly inventory
- Ordering and picking up supplies for the cafe
- Scheduling
- Bank deposits
- Making sure cafe equipment is in good working order
- Be available to cover shifts should an employee call out
- Communicate cafe needs with ownership and roastery
Requirements
- Open availability during cafe hours
- 21+ years old and a high school diploma
- Driver's license and vehicle
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Friendly attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
