What You'll Do:
- Present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
-Schedule and coordinate patient care efficiently
- Discuss financing and payment options
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and reactivation opportunities
- Build strong patient relationships that increase case acceptance
- Help the practice achieve growth goals while delivering exceptional patient care
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum dental treatment coordinator experience required
- Proven track record in treatment acceptance and patient communication
- Strong sales ability without being pushy
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Team player who brings positive energy every day
