```Duties```:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment to determine the best course of action for repair.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
```Experience```:
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with property maintenance and field service work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to weld and perform basic electrical work is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
