We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a large manufacturing team in Auburn on a temp-to-hire basis. Multiple departments and shifts are hiring, offering long-term career growth for motivated individuals.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
This is a 4-day / 10-hour schedule. Frequent overtime is currently available, including many Fridays and occasional Saturdays. Candidates must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, move, package, and process windows and doors.
- Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Read and verify measurements accurately.
- Follow all quality and safety standards.
- Use proper lifting techniques and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely handle large, heavy windows and doors, including triple-pane products.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure with 1/16-inch accuracy.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to long-term employment.
- Willingness to work required overtime.
- Steel-toed boots required.
Training: No prior window manufacturing experience is required. Full training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
