Cai’s Cafe is looking for a reliable, energetic afternoon Barista/Closer to join our team!
This position is perfect for someone looking for afternoon and early evening hours with a flexible schedule.
Typical shifts may include:
- 1 PM–7 PM
- 3 PM–7 PM
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
What you’ll do:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas and other café beverages
- Take orders and provide friendly customer service
- Prepare and serve café food items
- Restock and maintain an organized workspace
- Complete end-of-day cleaning and closing responsibilities
- Help make sure the café is clean, stocked and ready for the following day
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly and comfortable with customers
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable staying productive during slower periods
- Detail-oriented when completing closing tasks
- A positive, reliable team member
Previous barista or food-service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
