Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target prospective clients within assigned territories, focusing on truck sales and related services
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase vehicle features, benefits, and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts through proactive communication, upselling opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, lead generation activities, and market analysis to expand our customer base
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline management and follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand for our trucks
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive, technology, or industrial sectors; experience in truck or vehicle sales is highly desirable
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales strategies and lead generation initiatives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, technical presentations, and upselling techniques effectively
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams on account management and territory planning
- A proactive approach to cold calling, inside sales activities, and developing new business opportunities
