Job Description and Requirements for:
RV, Marine, and Specialty Vehicle Lead--Condition Report Services – Specialty Vehicles
(Specialty Vehicle refers to RV, Marine, Golf Car, non-standard Powersport vehicles)
This is a lead position responsible for supervising production of a small team of employees.
Summary of responsibilities:
This person is responsible for verifying the condition of units or inventory received into the facility. You are responsible for warehouse inventory and placement of titled and non-titled units. You are responsible for doing this safely and responsibly. You may be required to work overtime.

- Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift
- Responsible for scanning out vehicles during auction and delivery process on day of auction.
- Helping Dealers and other Employees as needed
Job specific responsibilities:
- Experience leading others in efficient time -sensitive production environments
- Qualified to create inspections on RV, Camper Trailers, Marine (Including Boats and Personal Watercraft) and Golf Carts as needed.
- Managing all Specialty Inventory
- Meeting inspection deadlines and goals to satisfy contractional obligations.
- Create Damage Estimates for Clients as necessary.
- Verification of any Recon work needs and follow-up.
- Pulls daily production reports.
- Maintaining the highest level of accuracy and consistency with current company objectives related to current RV, Marine, Golf Car or Other Specialty Vehicle CR (Condition Report) guidelines.
- Check the mechanical condition of each vehicle and report as necessary into AMS, Verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model against label and within AMS.
- Required to be proficient in CR definitions in all categories.
- Enter the overall condition of each unit with accuracy using acquired NPA tools.
- Perform Compression tests and Flush tests as needed.
- Check all fluids and add as necessary to manufacturers specifications.
- Tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
- Responsible for auction placement of vehicles as required and planned by GM.
- Always return company equipment before end of shift
- Always review past CR’S and QC as needed.
- Verification of Specialty Vehicle representation prior to sale and numbering.
*Experience with moving and working with RV/Marine inventory a plus
*RV, Camper, Marine, Boat Technician, Tech and Repair Experience a plus
