CarHop Auto Sales & Finance is seeking proven leaders who are ready to take the next step in their management career. With nearly 30 locations across 11 states and continued growth plans, we're building our pipeline of future Branch Managers.
This is not an entry-level training program. We are looking for candidates with prior leadership experience who want to learn our business, partner with an established Branch Manager, and prepare to lead their own location.
Must be open to relocation within the District.

What You'll Do
- Partner with an established Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train employees
- Drive sales performance through active leadership and involvement
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and team training sessions
- Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance
- Manage inventory, customer experience, compliance, and operational execution
- Lead by example while fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Prepare to assume responsibility for your own branch location
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years of successful management or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Track record of achieving business goals and driving results
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions, hold others accountable, and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to relocate to another market to manage a branch location upon promotion
- Ability to travel to other stores as needed for training, support, and business needs
