Immediate part-time opening. E3 Insurance Advisory Group (St. Charles, MO), an
established and growing organization is now accepting applications for a patient,
methodical, and warm individual to join our team. You will be working with an authentic,

ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Warm Client Engagement: Serve as the friendly, conversational face and voice of our
team, answering inbound calls and instantly putting clients at ease.
● Patient Client Education: Take the time to truly listen to client stories, answer questions
thoroughly, and help them understand how they are protected.
● Systematic Data Support: Learn to safely navigate insurance systems and accurately
input client details into our databases without feeling rushed.
● Collaborative Renewal Support: Work alongside our advisors on Tuesdays and
Thursdays to gather information and organize smooth, clear renewal options for our
clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Outstanding phone presence—you must be naturally warm, respectful, and articulate.
● A "blank slate" mindset with a history of being highly teachable; previous backgrounds in
teaching, hospitality, or dedicated customer care are a huge plus.
● Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license; no prior insurance
experience is required as we pay 100% for your study books, time, and testing fees.
● General comfort navigating modern computer solutions and digital tracking systems.
● Must work completely in-person out of our St. Charles office; due to strict data-security
regulations, remote or work-from-home options are unavailable.
SCHEDULE
● Part-time hours to start, focusing primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
OPTION TO GO FULLTIME AFTER TRAINING
● This targeted schedule ensures you have a supportive safety net: our core advisors are
fully available on these days to mentor you, answer questions, and collectively review
your work early on.

knowledge grow.
COMPENSATION:
