Job Overview
Must be organized, a self-starter, and observant of details. Willing perform a wide range of tasks for both residential and commercial clients.
Abilities Needed:
- Able to perform a full range of rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and general construction jobs from start to finish.
- Able to manage a crew while maintaining a positive work environment that motivates team members to work with efficiency and excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Proven experience as a framer and carpenter
- Willing to work indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, and in all types of weather
- Ability to regularly lift or move objects up to 80 lbs. without help
- Organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Drug-free and willing to submit to drug intoxication testing
- Able to pass background checks for military base access
Compensation / Pay and benefits:
Up to $35-$48/hr. based on abilities and experience
40+hrs./week with a weekly paycheck
