Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure overnight operations of our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front-desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and security protocols. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that leaves guests with a positive impression of their stay.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (Must be able to work weekends and holidays)
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly, professional customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy of billing records and updating account information.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring that guest safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for serving diverse guest populations effectively.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.
- Previous hotel experience is advantageous; however, a passion for hospitality management and guest services is essential.
