Our Early Learning Center has served Flagstaff families with a spirit of excellence since 1994. We need a part-time teacher's aide for our afternoon closing position. We are looking for team players who have a passion for working with young children and who want to help them grow through our Christ-centered learning program. Experience is preferred but we offer on-the-job training.
Position is effective from August 4, 2026
Responsibilities
- Positively interact with children 18 months-5 years of age
- Help children improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Follow all health and safety requirements to ensure the safety of the children and staff
- Clean classrooms and bathrooms
- Greet parents
- Close up the school at the end of the day

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained before beginning work)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Copy of immunization record
- 24 hours of Early Childhood Training per year (NAU education courses count toward these hours)
- Take Mt. Calvary's Bible information class (Approximately 10 hours of paid training)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.40 per hour
