Location: Richardson, TX 75082
Schedule: 4x10 - 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday) - 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Ability to read and write English
- Experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
- Able to use torque drills, hand tools, etc.
- Ability to follow SOPs and detailed work instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Basic computer skills (scanners, production systems)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Repetitive hand and arm movements requiring dexterity
- Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40lbs (mechanical roles)
Description:
Mechanical Assemblers needed to support the assembly of advanced test equipment and custom-built systems in a structured manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on assembly work, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining high quality standards. You’ll work with professional tools, mechanical components, and electrical assemblies while supporting production targets and safety requirements.
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly of custom fixtures and test equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions
- Assemble, cable, and wire rack-mount cabinets and control panels
- Maintain strict quality and safety standards throughout production
- Use torque drills, hand tools, and inspection equipment
- Install mechanical components and assist with material handling
- Work in controlled manufacturing environments (as applicable)
