Chesaco RV is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales goals, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
● Develop and implement sales strategies that will drive business growth and profitability.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
● Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high morale.
● Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training and development opportunities to the sales team.
● Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
● Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless and efficient customer experience.
● Manage inventory levels and ensure that the dealership's stock is in line with market demand and sales targets.
● Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in RV sales, with a track record of success in a managerial role.
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
● Experience with CRM and sales management software.
● Knowledge of RVs, their features, and functionality.
● Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred but not required).
