We are seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team supporting the teardown, inspection, cleaning, and machining of high-horsepower diesel engines and components.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with automotive, diesel, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with teardown and disassembly of diesel engines
- Clean, inspect, and prepare engine components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machining equipment
- Use cranes and measurement tools safely and effectively
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
- Automotive, diesel, manufacturing, or mechanical experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Machine operation experience preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and machinery
- 4-day work week
- Competitive pay - $23.50 an hour
