Close To Home works with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities under the SCL Waiver. We are currently hiring for week days and weekend shifts (40 hour shifts). We also have flexible scheduled shift positions. We offer great benefits including a 401K.
DSPs support and assist participants to live fuller, richer lives. This assistance helps to ensure the health, safety, and welfare, of the participants within our care, as they become active members in their community and home life. Helping the participants to achieve desired outcomes is our goal. Assistance will include, but not be limited to, community activities, medication administration, health and wellness, daily living skills, and emotional and physical support. The applicant will be required to write daily progress notes. Therefore, good communication and writing skills are needed. The applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience preferred, but not necessary. All training will be provided through Close To Home LLC.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
