SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant general manager to support the general manager with the day-to-day sales and operations of the studio. The assistant manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees. You should be a self-starter and be able to delegate tasks to other team members in the absence of the sales manager.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, ensure that all employees comply with company policies, and the team is motivated and able to achieve studio sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure every client has an exceptional experience when at Pause.
· Continually meet or exceed sales goals.
· Supervising and guiding the team to price present customers with packages and memberships tailored to that customers’ needs.
· Motivating the team to increase package and membership sales and monitoring their performance.
· Providing on-shift sales & customer service training to team members
· Onboard and train new employees
· Assist with studio outreach initiatives and events.
· Assist in the management of our POS/appointment software.
· Maintain a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio by inspecting our service rooms pre/post use. Maintain a high level of cleanliness through the studio including reception and restrooms.
· Performing the main duties of the general manager when they are not present in the studio.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Supervisor or Management experience
· One year of experience in fitness, wellness, customer service or related field.
· High School graduate or equivalent.

- Requires a wide range of constant physical activities, including but not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
