1. Provide quality service to guests.
2. Knowledge about the working of “Splash Village”.
3. Participate in “Add-On-Sales”.
4. Directly participate in and oversee the “guests experience”.
5. Maintain areas sanitation in accordance with MI Dept of Health.
6. Daily communications with F & B Department.
7. Maintain “Service Standards” program.
