The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive manager who takes ownership, values consistency, and is committed to maintaining high standards. You will lead a young, dynamic team and ensure that PAPI’s Gelateria runs smoothly while upholding our culture of excellence and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and product quality.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and growth.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes, procedures, and customer service scripts.
- Maintain operational precision, from inventory management to cleanliness.
- Lead by example, coaching staff to exceed expectations in both service and execution.
- Manage scheduling, performance, and accountability, ensuring team efficiency.
- Monitor financials, control costs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Uphold a workplace that values structure, discipline, and teamwork.
