Job Description
As a Home Health Aide/Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and companionship to a Spanish-speaking female client in her home.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Accompany the client to appointments and community outings as needed.
- Safely transport the client when required.
- Monitor the client's well-being and report any changes in condition.
- Follow the client's individualized care plan.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, and agency staff.
Qualifications
- Female caregiver required for client preference.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
- Previous caregiving, HHA, CNA, or PCA experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
- Ability to work independently while providing high-quality care.
