Job Title: Commercial Fencing Project Manager

About the Opportunity
OCS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established commercial construction and exterior services firm in the DFW metroplex to find an experienced Commercial Fencing Project Manager. Our client has built a strong reputation for quality work across the region and is expanding their fencing division to meet growing demand from commercial developers, general contractors, and property management firms.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage multiple commercial fencing projects from bid through closeout — including scheduling, budgeting, crew coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial fencing projects (custom wood privacy fences, classic picket fences, semi-private fencing, and traditional residential fence installations.) from takeoff through final punch list
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, take measurements, and identify potential issues before installation
- Prepare and review project budgets, timelines, material orders, and subcontractor scopes
- Coordinate with general contractors, site superintendents, and property owners to ensure smooth project flow
- Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and project specs are met
- Track project costs, change orders, and progress billing
- Maintain project documentation — RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and closeout packages
- Communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial fencing, sitework, or related exterior construction
- Strong knowledge of fencing materials, installation methods, and local codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with job costing, takeoff software, and project management tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
