Executive Mosaic is a leading GovCon media and events company connecting senior executives across the federal contracting ecosystem through exclusive events, membership programs, and media.
We’re looking for a driven SDR to engage decision-makers (VP–C-suite) at federal contracting firms and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect senior executives at GovCon firms via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Execute 40–60 outbound touches per day to generate 12–20 qualified meetings per month
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Build and manage a pipeline in Salesforce
- Attend select industry events to engage prospects and expand network
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly meeting and pipeline targets
- Strong conversion from outreach to qualified opportunities
- High-quality engagement with senior-level prospects
What You Bring
- 2+ years in SDR or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging executives and handling objections
- Highly motivated, metrics-driven, and coachable
Nice to Have
- GovCon, events, or media sales experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools
Compensation & Growth
- Base + commission (OTE: $75K–$85K)
- Access to senior GovCon leaders and high-value networks
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
