Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Print Production team in either full-time or part-time positions. This position involves a variety of assembly, hand bindery, packaging, and fulfillment tasks that help transform printed materials into finished products ready for delivery.
Prior print production experience preferred but not required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble printed materials according to job ticket specifications and production instructions
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Package finished products for shipment and delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with a variety of finishing and fulfillment operations, including:
- Kitting and assembly
- Collating and inserting
- Laminating
- Book and binder assembly
- Tab cutting and divider preparation
- Packaging and shipping preparation
- Order processing and fulfillment
- Support other production departments as needed
- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, assembly, fulfillment, shipping, or print production is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and positive attendance history
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work overtime during busy production periods
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8 hour shifts (8.5 scheduled hours, with 30 mins unpaid lunchbreak)
- Overtime available during peak production periods
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
