Treatment Coordinator – Anchor Orthodontics

Anchor Orthodontics is growing, and we're looking for a standout Treatment Coordinator to join our exceptional team. As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all new patients—setting the tone for their journey and making them feel seen, understood, and excited about what’s ahead. You’ll take initial records, guide patients through treatment recommendations, and present financial options clearly and confidently.
Previous experience in orthodontics is not required. We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training and cover the cost of your radiology certification. A background in sales is extremely helpful in this role, as it involves building trust, communicating value, and helping patients move forward with confidence.
