Core Responsibilities
- Painting & Surfaces: Preparing, patching, sanding, and painting walls and ceilings.
- Flooring: Removing old materials and preparing subfloors for new carpet, tile, or vinyl installation.
- General Plumbing: Repairing or replacing faucets, garbage disposals, P-traps, and angle stops.
- Light Carpentry & Hardware: Installing or aligning cabinet doors, countertops, and door hardware like locks and hinges.

Key Requirements
