Position Details:
- Location: Bay Area Gl Endo and Liver Specialists
- Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

The Scheduler is responsible for:
- Scheduling procedures and appointments accurately and efficiently
- Collecting and verifying patient demographic and insurance information
- Providing detailed preparation instructions for clinical exams
- Documenting patient responses to clinical questions
- Communicating scheduling updates with physician offices and hospital teams
- Supporting authorization and payer guideline adherence
- Performing clerical duties including answering phones and data entry
- Assisting with workflow coordination and patient inquiries
- Traveling between BayCare locations as needed
Performing other duties as assigned

Required Education:
High School or Equivalent
Experience:
- One (1) year of experience in one of the following:
- Business-related field
- Healthcare setting
