Salary Compensation: $290,000 - $320,000 before productivity bonus; total compensation after productivity bonus ranges from $314,000 to $464,000K (15-20 visits per day). Compensation includes base salary, sign bonus, quarterly bonus, retention bonus, patient visit productivity bi-weekly bonuses, 401K, and full benefits package. Relocation bonus available if needed.

AAHIVM Certification required within 18 months of hire, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
Job Description – Physician Infectious Disease Family Practice / Internal Medicine Physician
Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic is in search of a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for our outpatient facility. Join a dedicated team focused on providing exemplary care to the community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Physicians specializing in Infectious Disease are expected to deliver quality care, meet productivity goals, and collaborate with the care team to enhance patient health. Accommodations will be provided for individuals with disabilities to carry out essential responsibilities.
- Manage a minimum of 14 patients per 8-hour shift (or 7 patients in a half-day session). Adjustments made for extended shifts to maintain productivity.
- Coordinate patient schedules to reduce no-shows and meet productivity targets.
- Complete accurate documentation same-day or within 72 hours, including E&M billing codes.
- Provide primary care services for chronic and acute conditions. HIV management is not the sole focus.
- Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff to handle urgent care and walk-in patients.
- Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results in a timely manner.
- Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
- Respond to voicemails/emails daily.
- Support patient retention strategies (e.g., preparing retention summaries).
- Supervise mid-level providers and conduct necessary chart reviews or audits.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.
- Maintain AAHIVM certification (initial certification within one year of hire, ongoing renewal).
- Full-time physicians allotted 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active, state-specific medical license.
- Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
- Experience in outpatient primary care.
- Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily with support.
- AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of start date.
- Active CPR/BLS certification.
Education & Skills
- Doctorate (M.D. or D.O.); board certification preferred.
- Strong ability in clinical, legal, and technical interpretation and application.
