Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid in Oregon or eligible for compact privileges
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op duties
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to strict sterile techniques and hospital protocols
- Monitor patient responses and promptly address complications
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
