WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assist doctors during dental procedures while helping patients feel calm and comfortable
- Set up treatment rooms and prepare instruments and materials
- Learn and use modern dental technology and software systems like Dentrix
- Take dental X-rays (if certified)
- Help educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
- Keep instruments sterilized and maintain infection control standards
- Support a positive, upbeat, team-focused clinic culture
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Great communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Team-oriented mindset and passion for helping others
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and assisting during procedures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
